Fee Details

Based on the validity period, following are the charges for processing and issuing a Class-3 digital certificate:

Rs. 2,245 for a certificate validity period of 1 year
Rs. 3,928 for a certificate validity period of 2 years
Rs. 3,125 for a certificate validity period of 1 year + USB Token
Rs. 4,808 for a certificate validity period of 2 years + USB Token

The payment may be made in the form of a Demand Draft payable to Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Hyderabad.

Refund Policy

TCS-CA does not provide any refund of the fees paid for the TCS-CA Digital Signature Certificates or services provided by TCS-CA.

TCS-CA may refuse to issue a certificate to any person, at its sole discretion, without incurring any liability or responsibility for any loss or expenses arising out of such refusal. Upon a refusal to issue a certificate, TCS-CA shall refund to any certificate applicant any paid certificate enrollment fee, unless the certificate applicant submitted fraudulent or falsified information to the Registration Authority or Certifying Authority. In such a case the fee shall not be refunded.
